FAQ: IN-PERSON TRAINING

1. HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK DO WE TRAIN?

FOR THE 12 WEEK PROGRAMS, WE WILL TRAIN UP TO 2 TIMES PER WEEK

2. HOW LONG ARE EACH SESSION?

EVERY SESSION IS 1 HOUR LONG

 

3. WILL I NEED TO FOLLOW A SPECIFIC DIET? 

WE WILL PROVIDE NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A SAMPLE MEAL PLAN BASED ON YOUR GOALS. IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC DIETARY LIMITATIONS, YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH YOUR PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN.

4. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF IN-PERSON TRAINING?

IN-PERSON TRAINING PROVIDES PERSONALIZED GUIDANCE, IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK ON FORM AND TECHNIQUE, MOTIVATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY

5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS FROM IN-PERSON PERSONAL TRAINING? 

RESULTS CAN VARY ON MAYN DIFFERENT FACTORS SUCH AS CONSISTENCY, EFFORT, AND INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES. GENERALLY, CLIENTS BEGIN TO NOTICE IMPROVEMENTS IN THEIR STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, AND OVERALL FITNESS WITHIN A FEW WEEKS TO A COUPLE OF MONTHS

6. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY TRAINING SESSION? 

WEAR COMFORTABLE WORKOUT ATTIRE AS WELL AS SUPPORTIVE ATHLETIC SHOES. YOU SHOULD ALSO BRING WATER AND ANY OTHER NECESSARY EQUIPMENT YOUR COACH RECOMMENDS. 

7. CAN I TRAIN WITH A FRIEND OF A FAMILY MEMBER DURING MY ONE-ON-ONE SESSION? 

 

UNFORTUNATELY, NO. WHILE HAVING A FRIEND OF FAMILY MEMBER IS A GREAT ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR JOURNEY, IF THEY AREN'T SIGNED UP FOR A PROGRAM AS WELL, YOUR COACH WILL HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME KNOWING THEIR FITNESS GOALS, WHICH CAN TAKE AWAY FROM YOUR PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE.

8. WILL THE IN-PERSON TRAINING SESSIONS BE SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS? 

YES! YOUR COACH WILL ENSURE THAT YOU GET THE PROPER GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT YOU NEED EVEN AS A BEGINNER, AND GRADUALLY PROGRESS YOUR PROGRAM AS YOU BECOME STRONGER AND MORE CONFIDENT. 

9. WHAT TYPICALLY HAPPENS DURING THE INITIAL CONSULTATION OR ASSESSMENT SESSION? 

THE INITIAL CONSULTATION TYPICALLY INVOLVES DISCUSSING YOUR FITNESS GOALS, MEDICAL HISTORY, EXERCISE PREFERENCES, AND ANY INJURIES, LIMITATIONS, OR CONCERNS. YOUR COACH MAY ALSO CONDUCT ASSESSMENTS TO ESTABLISH A BASELINE FOR YOUR FITNESS LEVEL.

10. WHAT HAPPENS IN I'M LATE TO A SESSION, NEED TO RESCHEDULE, OR NEED TO CANCEL? 

IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE TO A SESSION, YOUR SESSION WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELED AND WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED WITH YOUR COACH. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SESSION, YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR COACH 12-24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SESSION. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL A SESSION, YOU MUST RESCHEDULE YOUR SESSION WITHIN 7 CALANDER DAYS OTHERWISE THE SESSION WILL BE LOST COMPLETELY.
