Once you sign up, you’ll receive a fully customized workout plan tailored to your goals, whether you’re training at home or in the gym. You’ll also get a simple and effective nutrition guide to help you make better food choices without feeling restricted.
Each week, we’ll have a check-in where I’ll review your progress, make any necessary adjustments, and give you the support and motivation you need to stay on track.
You’ll have access to guided workouts with video demonstrations, so you always know exactly what to do, plus direct messaging with me for any questions or extra accountability.
